[Fitness First] My Fitness Diary Episode 07- CHANGES in ME




Hi internet!
Today I gonna talk about the changes that I can feel in my body after over 7 weeks
of working out using the 10-week work-out programme by using CustomFit App.

As age catching up, you easily get bunch of tummy EASILY!!!!
LIKE SERIOUSLY EASYYYYY!!!

I am showing you guys my flaws today! ='(((((

PINCH-ABLE FATSSSS!!!!





After working out by using the CustomFit App for 1.5 months,
My tummy has become flatter and more toned since CNY (but nice abs still on the way =DD )
The CustomFit app, actually promotes dynamic movement training, which means training or exercises that mimic daily movements patterns, and full body workouts.

Chest day, leg day, arm days are somewhat “yester-year”.

That is my aim for me to work out so I can have a fitter tummy during my
vacation in Phuket with the girls!
AND I DID IT!!!

This is a breakthrough for me! *clap clap*

I can wear my bikini more confidently now!

Besides that, my health also improved dramatically! 
I seldom get sick and tired like I used to previously before I started working out
using the CustomFit App.

Diet plays an important part too, just like how I shared in

my previous blog- Clickhere for Episode 05.

The reason to why I’ve focused a lot on the abs this time is because I wanted to prepare my body for the beach and also focus on building my core strength. Remember my BioScore, I could not even tahan 1 minute of the plank.

Having said that it’s equally important not to neglect other parts of your body too kayy!

In addition to all my core workouts I also make sure I use the CustomFit app to design other workout programmes to work out other parts of my body,
Because BioScore test won’t just test my abs! So remember yar! I need to better for the TRX test!



Now, I can easily work out at home or even anywhere when I don't have time for the gym room as I travel often but at the same time I still can still keep up my gym regime with the CustomFit App! (it's FREE anyway, why not try to download?)

I am now gearing up myself to do my next BioScore! *excited*
